The project is structured in an L-shape in the front and the quiet part of the building, generating spatial containment in the reception area and in the back garden, taking advantage of the views of the hill and the golf course. The house is introverted towards the south, protecting family privacy from the street. At the other end, to the north, the main spaces open to the  garden, taking advantage of the benefits of the orientation, which allows the majesty of the landscape to enter the interior. The materiality is formed, between opaque concrete planes, and translucent glass. The void pierces the concrete planes to counteract its visual weight, generating lights and shadows that define this project.
